We know that reaching out about your health takes courage. We have made the process as straightforward as we possibly can. Here is what happens from the moment you get in touch.
Step 1: Tell us about you
Fill in our short enquiry form. We ask about your health concerns, how long you have been dealing with them, whether you prefer to see someone in person or via Zoom, and your budget. We also ask a few optional questions about preferences, such as whether you have a preference for the gender of your practitioner.
There are no medical records to gather and no account to create. The form takes around five minutes.
Step 2: We match you
Every enquiry is reviewed by a real person. We look at what you have told us and consider which homeopath in our network is best placed to help, based on your condition, your location, your budget and your preferences.
We are not running an algorithm. We are applying knowledge built up over years of working closely with homeopaths across the North of England. The match is considered and personal.
Step 3: They get in touch
We pass your details to your matched homeopath, who will contact you directly within 24 hours on working days. They will usually suggest a brief initial conversation before booking a full consultation, so you can get a sense of whether they feel like the right fit.
Step 4: Your journey begins
From that point your relationship is directly with your homeopath. They set their own fees, manage their own diary and lead the clinical work. We are not involved in the consultation itself.
If for any reason the match does not feel right, come back to us. We will find someone else. No awkwardness, no quibble.
A note on response times
We aim to respond to every enquiry within 24 hours on working days. If you have not heard back within that time, please check your spam folder and then get in touch via the contact page.
Is there a cost?
Similia does not charge patients. The service is free to use. Your homeopath will discuss their consultation fees directly with you.
